Hi. I’m Ronise.
I started taking wedding and family photos just to give it a try. But after my first wedding, I knew I wanted to jump in full time. In other words, I was hooked! I have had a blast working with people! And knowing that, someone has hired me to photograph one of the most important days of their lives, is something that I do not take lightly. It’s a huge responsibility that I embrace.
I love creating long-lasting images that make people smile, cry, or completely lose their ability to speak. That’s the goal every time!
I also... EAT, SLEEP, AND BREATHE TRAVEL. So, if you are planning a destination wedding and need someone who can meet you in the middle of the desert, jungle, or a small town in South America, then I might just be your girl!
My Style
I’m all about Capturing genuine moments and emotions that tell your story!
I take a mix of posed, candid, and what I like to call posed-candid images, where I give you direction, and I capture the interaction between you and your partner.
What to know more? Here are some fun facts about me.
When I am in the US, I am typically traveling around in my ambulance camper. I found a beautiful 1991 Ford E350 in Orland Florida and she is my ride or die! When I am not in my camper, I am usually traveling the world (I am currently writing this from a small coffee shop in Madrid).
I am a U.S. Army Veteran. Right after high school I joined the Army to serve, travel, and gain some valuable life experiences. This was probably the best decision I have ever made.
I have lived for one year or longer in these countries: US (of course) Cape Verde, Spain, Portugal, & Kuwait.
I am a big foodie! I started out as a food photographer, but realized that people are so much more fun!
With an uncommon name like Ronise, I tend to have many nicknames, So here we go..... Ro, RoRo, Roni, Nice, Nicey, Ropiza, Ropi. I like Roni the most, so feel free to choose that one.
