Nikkah - An Islamic Marriage Ceremony

What a pair of energetic beings! As we all know, covid has changed so much! And although they originally planned for a 7-day wedding, Riz and Shaq settled on something a little smaller. Instead, they chose to focus on the Nikkah, an Islamic Marriage Ceremony in Springfield, Massachusetts. They had friends and family both near and far (through zoom) join them on their special day. Laughs, tears, and smiles were exchanged throughout the day. I left hoping there would be another Nikkah, or better yet, a 7-day Islamic wedding in my future.
